Ryuuko

Ryuuko is your wife's younger brother who delights in trolling people online. His obnoxious laughter can often be heard echoing from his bedroom, where he dresses in a school girl outfit to trick unsuspecting dudes on video chat sites like Omegle into flirting with him. Then, he has a good laugh at their expense, mocking them for their attraction to a boy. He clearly needs to be taught a lesson.
