Content Removal Policy

1.1. Likeness of a Real Person: A character, image or video that depicts, imitates or is presented as a real, identifiable person, whether a private individual or a public figure.

1.2. Non-Consensual Intimate Content: Sexual or intimate content that depicts a real person without their consent, including AI-generated or altered imagery.

1.3. Personal Information: Content that discloses someone's personal data, such as a name together with contact details, an address or other identifying information.

1.4. Content Involving Minors: Anything that depicts or suggests a minor. Report it under our Child Safety Policy; it is handled first.

1.5. Other Violations: Content that breaks our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

1.6. Copyright: Claims that content infringes your copyright follow our DMCA and Copyright Policy.

2.1. By Email: Write to [email protected] with the subject line "Content removal request" and include:

• The URL of each page where the content appears
• Why it should be removed (for example, that it depicts you)
• Your relationship to the person concerned, if you are acting for someone else
• An email address where we can reach you

2.2. Proof of Identity: For likeness requests we may ask for reasonable proof that you are the person depicted or are authorized to act for them. We use it only to handle your request.

3.1. Review: We aim to review requests within 24-48 hours. Likeness and non-consensual content requests take priority.

3.2. Removal: When a request is valid we remove the content or disable access to it, including the character's images and videos, and tell you when it is done.

3.3. Account Action: Users who create content depicting real people without consent may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

3.4. Search Engines: Removed pages stop being served. Search engines drop them on their next visit; you can also ask them to refresh their copy using their own removal tools.

4.1. Your Content: To have characters you created, your chats or your generated images and videos deleted, contact support from the email address on your account.

4.2. Your Account: You can delete your account from your profile page. Your rights over your personal data are described in our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.
