SecretCrush.ai (the "Service") is operated by Generative Flows AI Sàrl, CHE-399.336.060, registered at Chemin de Prael 7F, 1030 Bussigny, Switzerland, doing business as GFAI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Every image and video of a character on the Service is generated by artificial intelligence. No real person was photographed, filmed or recorded to make it, and no performer, model or actor appears in it.
The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Because the visual content of the Service is computer-generated and depicts no actual human being, those requirements do not apply to it, and the Service keeps no performer records.
1. What the Service Shows
1.1. AI-Generated Imagery: Character photos, scene images and videos are produced by AI models from text descriptions. They are not photographs or recordings of people.
1.2. Fictional Characters: Every character is fictional. Names, appearances, personalities and stories are invented.
1.3. Adults Only: Every character is an adult, 18 years of age or older, and is depicted as one. Content that depicts or suggests a minor is prohibited and removed; see our Child Safety Policy.
1.4. No Real People: Characters are not meant to resemble any real person. Any resemblance is unintended. If you believe a character or image depicts you or another real person, ask us to remove it under our Content Removal Policy.
2. User Content
2.1. Prohibited Material: Users may not upload, share or request photographs or videos of real people engaged in sexually explicit conduct, or sexual imagery of any real person. Our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines prohibit it.
2.2. Removal: Any such material that reaches the Service is removed, and the account responsible may be suspended or terminated.
