Child Safety Policy

1.1. Users: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the Service.

1.2. Characters: Every character is a fictional adult, 18 years of age or older, and must be written and depicted as one.

1.3. Age Checks: Users confirm they are 18 or older before any explicit image or video is shown. In countries that require it, users must register and verify their age before they can see any content, and we may ask any user for age verification at any time.

2.1. Any sexual or suggestive content involving a person under 18, real or fictional, in text, images or video.

2.2. Characters, scenarios or requests that present a character as under 18, or that combine sexual content with childlike features, behaviour or settings, whatever age is stated.

2.3. Attempts to make the Service produce such content, including through roleplay, "age-up" framing or indirect wording.

2.4. Use of the Service by anyone under 18.

3.1. Automated Moderation: Character text, prompts and generated content are checked by automated systems designed to detect and block content involving minors.

3.2. Review of the Catalogue: We review characters on the Service and remove or rewrite any that conflict with this policy.

3.3. Human Review: Every report under this policy is reviewed by a person.

4.1. Email Us: Write to [email protected] with the subject line "Child safety report". Include the URL of the character or page and a short description. Do not attach or copy the content itself.

4.2. Suspected Minor Users: If you believe a user is under 18, report it the same way.

4.3. Priority: Child safety reports are handled before all other reports. You do not need an account to report.

4.4. Reporting Directly to Authorities: You can also report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org, to the Internet Watch Foundation at report.iwf.org.uk, or to your local police.

5.1. Removal: Violating content is removed or made inaccessible as soon as we confirm it.

5.2. Account Action: The responsible account is terminated permanently, without refund, and may be barred from creating new accounts.

5.3. Accounts of Minors: An account we believe belongs to someone under 18 is suspended until the user proves their age, or closed.

5.4. Reporting to Authorities: Where the law requires or permits it, we preserve the relevant data and report the matter to NCMEC, to law enforcement, or to other competent authorities, and we cooperate with their investigations.
